Born and bred in Melbourne, Bernadette had an early start in music and began singing professionally at the age of only six. Touring with international artists from six to 12 years old, Bernadette is heavily influenced by French and Italian artists of the 1960's such as Françoise Hardy, Dalida and Mina.

In 2017 Bernadette began to entrench herself in the Melbourne music scene and started singing again and songwriting. This resulted in the release of a critically acclaimed Soul EP ‘Rebounding’ which was co-written and produced by Ryan Ritchie (True Live, The Raah Project). Radio stations across the country and internationally played Bernadette’s songs which translated into a loyal following around the world and her participation in numerous gigs and festivals.

Almost four years ago, Bernadette met the creative genius Joshua Moriarty (Telenova, Miami Horror, All The Colours) who agreed to co-write and produce Bernadette’s debut Album. Bernadette always knew that she wanted to make an Indie Rock album, having been inspired by her favourite 1960’s artists The Beatles, George Harrison, The Doors, The Kinks, The Zombies, The Animals, Janis Joplin, The Mamas and The Papas, Jimi Hendrix, David Bowie, Electric Light Orchestra, The Beach Boys, Dusty Springfield and her modern-day idols the Arctic Monkeys, Tempesst, Beach House, Lana del Rey, Florence and The Machine, The Vaccines, Babyshambles, Franz Ferdinand, Oasis, PJ Harvey, Queens of The Stone Age, Chrissie Hynde and Alexandra Savior. A surrealist at heart, Bernadette’s new music has been described as ‘Avant-Indie Alt Rock on the dreamscape’ due to the dreamlike quality of her lyrics and melodies. With the new Album, Bernadette also aspires to create surreal visual vignettes in the form of three music videos to metaphorically paint the picture of the songs’ transcendent meanings. Her debut Album is expected to be released in 2025.

Bernadette has achieved so much in the eight years she has been back in the music scene. Highlights of Bernadette’s career thus far include playing support to members of The Rolling Stones and being chosen to headline Festivals such as the St Kilda Festival and the Queenscliff Music Festival. One of Bernadette’s songs made it to the Top 30 of the Australian Songwriters Association Songwriting Contest in 2020.

A solo artist, Bernadette plays live with a backing band of loyal musicians – Josh Boult on Keys and Rhythm Guitar, Adyn Young on Lead Guitar and Backing Vocals, Ross Davidson on Bass and Luke Andresen on Drums.

Georgia Dabbous is a 24-year-old female vocalist from Melbourne Australia who begun singing at a very early age. She competed in many talent contests and made her first lead role in her year 6 musical – Mulan. Shortly after, when she was 13, she performed at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl in Nic Cave and the Bad Seed’s children’s choir. She then competed with her high school in wakakirri, and then later, in 2018, went on to audition and perform in “Time to Shine”- a performing arts showcase held at the Arts Centre Melbourne.

She has performed multiple gigs at various venues along the way and in her more recent career, she begun creating her own music and releasing original records; working with producers, composers, lyricists and creating her own marketing campaigns.

She is now studying music performance at JMC academy and is keen to be more educated and gain more experience in the industry.
In her recent original works, she was beginning to find her sound; however, in her more recent pieces she has found a therapeutic element of writing songs about her real feelings and situations, struggling with mental health and relationships.

A fierce four-piece blending hardcore, with new wave, punk and hiphop to create a genre-defying sound, Filthy McNasty's has been shocking audiences across Naarm for the past two years. Their gutsy performances are fuelled by an unwavering conviction to land a political gut punch to colonial governments: "won't let you sink this ship before the rightful ones steer" and to emotional sychophants “spit on me, for your own pleasure”. With almost nothing off limits lyrically or musically, they drag you kicking and screaming into a tempest of lust, love and rage. During a visit to Belfast, Tilka stayed in a hotel next to a nightclub and laneway called Filthy McNasty’s. It was during this trip that her plans to form a new band were gestating, and she felt the name epitomised the chaos and grit she wanted to both expose and embody. It also served as a reminder of what she learned there about the brutality and oppression by the British Empire toward the Irish and the latters consequent and prevailing rebellion. On her return to Australia, Tilka brought together her favourite and most respected musicians from the Northern Rivers scene who. along with her, had moved to Naarm. The band is

Kasem are a rock band from Melbourne, Australia who formed in 2019. Original founders Tom (vocals and guitar) and Jake (percussion), first met as physiotherapist colleagues at a sports medicine clinic. They dusted off their secondary school instrument cobwebs in a beat-up backyard tin shed during work lunch breaks, belting out 90s grunge hits. In 2020, Nicola (bass) and Rochelle (vocals and keys) joined the guys adding some much-needed ensemble, groove and lower frequency fence vibration for the neighbours. Most members work as medical professionals at the same sports clinic.

Kasem progressed from smoko jam sessions to playing rock, indie and blues covers at functions and festivals across the state of Victoria, Australia during the pandemic. The jamming shed was completely transformed into a professional home recording studio with the help of family tradesman and a PhD's worth of acoustical engineering research and their musical ambitiousness mushroomed. Really, they just had to stop pissing the neighbours off!

In 2024, Kasem recorded original material mostly in the very studio that started it all in collaboration with Melbourne sound engineering specialist, Servidsounds. Kasem's debut single "Million Dollar Man" was released on the 28th of March, 2025. Million Dollar Man has featured on multiple radio stations recently including Local Sounds and Radio Adelaide. Mixing generational X sounds with generational Y & Z concerns, their debut EP “Left to Repair the World” will soon follow showcasing both harsh and mellow melodies, layered instrumentation and lyrical inferences that put societal disparity and real-world issues on a pedestal.

TJ Howlett is a singer, songwriter and musician from Melbourne, Australia. His songs tell stories about the situations and feelings that make people who they are, creating an atmosphere that transports your imagination to another place and time.

His music is a blend of guitar based genres across a broad spectrum, from stomping blues-rock to ethereal acoustic to dark gothic grooves. These aural soundscapes paint a mood around poignant and soulful lyrics and deliver stories that evoke contemplation and emotion.

TJ was a fixture of Melbourne’s early 90s grunge scene, known for his wild talent and soaring lead breaks in outfits including Lost Cause, Blue September, Rehab, Joe Bloggs and Flux and Change.

After a couple of decades in the wilderness, TJ re-emerged into the music scene, slinging his axe for Dark Thorn and Veiled Arch. His work in these bands is a collaboration of high-energy riffs, sweeping chord voicings and his signature Bluespunk lead breaks which deliver a fusion of soul-tearing melodies and full throttle attack.

He also had a number of stories from the wilderness that needed to be sung, more introspective in nature and that he needed to craft personally. The result is the TJ Howlett collection – songs that create place, time and feeling.

Originally from Kinglake and shaped by time spent in southwest Victoria, Hutson is now based between Geelong and Melbourne.
