About us:
88.6 Plenty Valley FM is the Community Radio Station for Northeastern Melbourne. Our studio is in Mill Park. We are the region’s Designated Emergency Broadcaster.
According to Australian Bureau of Statistics Census data, our potential audience reach is based on the estimated residential population of approximately 450,000 people across the local government areas of:
· Whittlesea
· Banyule
· Nillumbik
Although we don’t participate in radio ratings like commercial radio, the most recent National Listener Survey conducted by respected research firm McNair YellowSquares shows that almost 1 in 4 (24%) of radio listeners in Greater Melbourne listen to community radio, spending almost 16 hours a week listening.
Offering a diverse range of programming across music genres alongside multicultural shows. You can choose to sponsor one of our programs, or even the news broadcasts. You can also receive a promotion throughout the stations playlist.

All our show presenters are volunteers, and our station receives no guaranteed government funding. To keep the bills paid and transmission continuing, we rely on the community support through memberships, donations and sponsorships.

Silver Package – 60 on air messages a month
